Deming
Services include medical, dental and behavioral health care to all ages. No patient is denied services due to inability to pay.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Services were implemented in Deming in November 2003 and include medical, dental, behavioral health and a community outreach and education program. The site is an 14,500 square foot, modern medical facility that serves migrant and seasonal farm workers.
Transportation services are available for clinic appointments. Coordination and educational services are offered to pregnant women and new patients.
Staff
The staff at this site consists of: a Front Office Manager, 2 Medical Providers, 2 Dental Providers,
and 2 Behavioral Health Providers.

Beatriz Paredes, PA
Beatriz Paredes, PA has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center Deming Clinic
since January of 2017.
She completed her medical training at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and
specializes in Family Medicine.
She provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
Celia Lancaster, CNP
Celia Lancaster, CNP has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center Deming Clinic
since June of 2026.
She completed her medical training at Malone University in Canton, Ohio and
specializes in Family Medicine.
She provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
